- 50 gms Chopped Onions
- 50 grams diced tomatoes
- 50 gms diced cucumber

- 1 Lemon juice

- 1 tbsp Roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp olive oil

- Soak chickpeas for 6 - 7 hours or overnight. Next morning pressure cook them for 2 whistles.
- Let them cool a bit.Take out chickpeas in a separate bowl.
- Add boiled chickpeas, chopped tomatoes,onions, cucumber in a bowl.Sprinkle salt acc to taste, a tsp of olive oil (optional).
- Toss salad nicely. Garnish with coriander.Cover it & keep it in fridge for half & hour. Take out from fridge & then add roasted seeds.Seeds will crunch in salad.
