- Saute the tomato puree for a few minutes. Now add fried onions, haldi, dhaniya powder, zeera powder, both red chilli powders, garam masala, salt and slit green chillies. Roast the masalas well for a few minutes. Then add amchoor powder and mix well.
- Once the masala is well roasted and the oil leaves the masala add in the boiled chana. Mix well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Yummy chana masala is ready to Enjoy!!
