  19. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  20. Pinch elaichi powder
  21. 1/4 tsp sugar

  23. 1/4 cup milk
  24. 4-5 paneer slices, same as size of bread slice

Instructions to make to make Stuffed Paneer Rolls

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and green chillies, saute for a minute
  2. Then add cashews, almonds and raisins, roast for a minute
  3. Then add red chilli powder and dhaniya powder, saute for few seconds
  4. Now add mashed potatoes and salt, mix well, cook for 5 - 7 minutes
  5. Then add amchur powder and garam masala, mix nicely, the stuffing is ready
  6. The paneer slices should be soaked in water for an hour, keep them in the refrigerator
  7. Heat butter in a pan and add haldi, red chilli powder and dhaniya powder, saute for few seconds
  8. Then add tomato puree and cook until the moisture evaporates
  9. Now add kasoorimethi, salt, sugar and elaichi powder, let them saute for 2 minutes, then add milk for the consistency of the gravy, let it simmer for 2 more minutes, the gravy is ready
  10. Then add cream, let it cook until the cream merges well
  11. Now take out the paneer slices from the refrigerator and squeeze out the extra water from them
  12. Make small cylinders from the stuffing mixture
  13. Now place one stuffing cylinder on one side of the paneer slice and slowly roll it into a roll, I this way prepare all the rolls
  14. Now for serving, first pour some gravy in the serving plate, place the ready paneer rolls, diagonally on the gravy, now pour the gravy on these rolls, garnish with cream and kasoorimethi
  15. Serve the paneer rolls with phulke and kachumbar salad
