- 1 very small capsicum diced
- 3 onions finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 ginger
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp sukha dhaniya powder
- 2 tsp amul butter
- 2 tsp fresh cream
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tea bag
Instructions to make to make Nutri kulcha
- Boil soya chunks with salt and a tea bag. Drain all the excess water.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onions.saute till golden brown.
- Now add puree of tomatoes,ginger,garlic and green chillies.
- Add capsicum,spinach,soya sauce and all spices.
- Put soya chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes on sim.
- Lastly add amul butter and cream.
- Garnish with fresh coriander,Serve hot with kulchas,green chutney and onions
