- 2 cups boiled and chopped Beef Tripe
- 1 cup chopped cube potatoes (optional)
- 3 tablespoon chopped onions
- 3 dry red chillies
- 3 tablespoon mustard oil
- 1.5 teaspoon termeric powder
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 3 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1.5 cup water
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Steps to make to make Bangladeshi Traditional "Bhuri Bhuna"/ Beef Tripe Stir Fry 🍲
- Clean the beef Tripe using proper steps. Wash it and boil it. Now cut it into small cubical square shapes. Chop the potatoes into small cubical shape. Keep it aside.
- Now take a pan and put all the ingredients without chopped onions and dry red chilli into it. Cover the pan and start the flame. Cook it until the beef Tripe and potatoes are 100% done. Then stop the flame.
- Now, take another frypan, put some mustard oil and heat it on stove. Put chopped onions with whole dry red chillies into it and fry until onions become brown.
- Now put the cooked tripe and potatoes curry into it and stir fry for 10 minutes. After that, stop the flame immediately.
