  1. First of all make better of wheat flour, take a bowl put wheat flour add all spices, water with chopped coriander leaves. Then make a stuff, potatoes should be boiled, then mashed carefully.
  2. Then take a pan add refined oil put Jeera here then Tejpatta, then add chopped onions and garlic then add crushed ginger in few amounts. Then put mashed potatoes with all spices.

After then take a kadai add pinch of oil just pinch of Jeera, then insert this grinded masalas. Upto three minutes of cooking add this grinded Palak or spinach. Add one and half spoon of salt and one spoon of garam masalas. After ten minutes of cooking switch of the gas flame and serve with aaloo kofta.
