Steps to make to make Palak chole
- Take oil in pan add cinnemon and bay leaves...wait for a while then add chopped ginger and garlic cook till.soft then add chopped onions...cook till turn brown
- Add all.spices like red chilli.powder,turmeric,garam masala,Coriander powder and mix then.afd tomato pure...cook till it turn dark...
- Add boiled grinded palak and then chickpeas.
- Simmer it till.20 mins...serve hot with lacha paratha...
